Product Manufacturing and Characteristics

Products manufactured by TSC Designs LLC are produced using additive manufacturing technology, commonly referred to as 3D printing. Due to the nature of this manufacturing process, minor variations in color, texture, dimensions, layer alignment, and surface finish may occur. Such variations are inherent characteristics of 3D printing and do not automatically constitute manufacturing defects. TSC Designs LLC makes reasonable efforts to inspect products for quality, structural integrity, and workmanship before delivery.

Age Restrictions and Product Safety

All products offered for sale by TSC Designs LLC are intended for individuals fifteen (15) years of age or older and are not suitable for children fourteen (14) years of age or younger. This age designation applies to all merchandise offered by the company, including decorative products, refrigerator magnets, keychains, articulated figurines, dragons, collectible animals, personalized merchandise, custom-designed items, and other products sold through its website or at physical sales locations.

Products marketed as collectibles are intended for display, collection, decoration, or other designated uses and are not represented as toys for young children. Certain products may contain small components, detachable features, pointed edges, articulated sections, magnets, or other elements that could present choking, ingestion, or physical injury hazards if improperly handled, damaged, or misused.

Purchasers are responsible for observing product-specific warnings, using merchandise only for its intended purpose, and keeping products away from children below the recommended age. The stated age designation does not supersede federal or state product safety requirements, mandatory testing obligations, applicable labeling standards, or consumer protection laws. Product classification and applicable safety requirements are determined by law and the characteristics and reasonably foreseeable uses of each product, rather than solely by its advertised age designation.

Refrigerator Magnets and Magnetic Components

Certain refrigerator magnets manufactured by TSC Designs LLC incorporate neodymium magnetic components that are inserted during the 3D-printing process and subsequently enclosed by additional printed material. These magnets are intended to remain permanently contained within the finished product and are not designed to be accessible, removable, or detachable during ordinary intended use.

Although this manufacturing method is intended to reduce the likelihood of direct exposure to magnetic components, damage, breakage, excessive force, or improper use may compromise the surrounding material and potentially expose an embedded magnet. Customers should discontinue use immediately if a product becomes cracked, broken, or otherwise damaged in a manner that exposes or loosens magnetic components.

Magnets and magnet-containing components may present serious health hazards if swallowed, particularly when multiple magnets or a magnet and another metallic object are ingested. Products containing magnets should be kept away from children under fifteen (15) years of age and should never be placed in the mouth. If magnet ingestion is suspected, immediate medical attention should be sought.

TSC Designs LLC makes reasonable efforts to inspect its magnet-containing products for visible manufacturing defects and enclosure integrity. These manufacturing practices and inspections do not constitute a representation that a product has received independent laboratory certification or that it is exempt from otherwise applicable federal product safety regulations.

Custom Orders and Personalized Merchandise

TSC Designs LLC offers custom-designed and personalized products manufactured according to customer specifications. Customers submitting artwork, trademarks, logos, photographs, designs, or other protected materials represent that they possess the necessary ownership rights, licenses, permissions, or authorization for their requested use.

TSC Designs LLC reserves the right to decline custom orders involving unlawful, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate material. Custom-order specifications, pricing, production requirements, and fulfillment arrangements will be established before an order is finalized. Variations resulting from the manufacturing process may occur, and customers acknowledge that minor differences between digital previews and completed physical products may be unavoidable.

Intellectual Property Rights

All original artwork, designs, photographs, graphics, written materials, branding, trademarks, and other intellectual property owned by TSC Designs LLC remain the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of protected materials is prohibited except where expressly permitted by applicable law or authorized in writing.

Products manufactured under license from independent designers or other intellectual property owners remain subject to the rights, restrictions, and licensing agreements established by their respective owners. The purchase of a physical product does not transfer ownership of any associated intellectual property unless expressly agreed upon in writing.

Website Accuracy and Product Availability

TSC Designs LLC makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product descriptions, photographs, pricing, specifications, dimensions, and availability information. However, occasional inaccuracies, omissions, or technical errors may occur. Actual product appearance may differ slightly from photographs or digital representations due to lighting conditions, monitor settings, filament characteristics, manufacturing variations, and other factors inherent to 3D printing.
